Registration & Forms
The registration fee for the 2012 Camp Season is $345. We ask that $100 be placed as a deposit at the time of registration. The remainder is due two weeks prior to the camp session one’s child is attending.
Registration for the 2012 sessions at Legendary Lodge will be done exclusively online. All promotional and registration information (including electronic signature of parent/guardian) will be provided online. Those who have no home internet access will need to go to their local library, parish, or another internet source.
A paper version of the camper registration is available as a PDF, which requires Acrobat Reader to view. Paper applications will be accepted with an additional charge of $10.00. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader it can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com.

Waitlist Policy
- From the start of online registration until April 1st, youth who reside in the Diocese of Helena receive priority placement in our summer camps by registration date. Non-residential applicants are placed on a waitlist by date of registration.
- On April 1st applicants on the waitlist will receive placement in a summer camp depending on the availability of a camp session. The sessions are filled according to the date of registration. If a session is filled, applicants remain on the waitlist until the session begins.
- After April 1st youth who reside in the Diocese of Helena always take precedence on the waitlist, regardless of date of registration.
Financial Assistance
At times a family may seek financial assistance in providing the Legendary Lodge experience for a child. We ask that one inquire first at one’s parish as to available assistance. After that inquiry, one may download the financial assistance application (PDF)*, and mail, e-mail or fax it to:
Mr. John R. Fencik
Diocese of Helena
P.O. Box 1729
Helena, MT 59624
Fax: 406-442-5191
E-mail: jfencik@diocesehelena.org
All applications are kept confidential and the applicant will be notified by the Office of Catholic Formation Services of any financial assistance granted.
Financial assistance is available only to those applicants who reside in the Diocese of Helena.
